According to Internet News (6/27), Boardwatch Magazine tested the speed of a number of internet backbone providers. Which was the best? CompuServe! CSi had a test average download time of only 1.5 seconds as compared with the average backbone provider at 9.9 seconds and the worst at 17.4 seconds. I'm keeping my CompuServe account.
