An an e-mail to me from Hayes announced that the trade-in program for its 56K modem has been extended through July 30th. For $99, Hayes will take any modem in trade for its 56K Accura modem. I ordered mine some 4 weeks ago and Hayes' e-mail mentions up to an additional 4-week wait due to overwhelming demand.
