Sonnet Crescendo Extension v1.0.4 -- Now you see it, now you don't!

-- Last week Version Tracker posted that Sonnet had released a new version, v1.0.4, of its Crescendo CPU extension (In fact, a search on VT still finds v1.0.4). While v1.0.4 briefly appeared on Sonnet's site, it quickly disappeared leaving v1.0.3. Did anyone who has a Sonnet Crescendo CPU card get the disappearing v1.0.4?
