The contempt hearing for Microsoft is today at 11am EST.

The Justice Department asked Judge Thomas Penfield Jackson to impose a $1 million fine per day on Microsoft for implementing the Judge's December 11th order to unbundle Internet Explorer from Windows 95 in a clearly contemptuous fashion. MS says they just followed the letter of Judge Jackson's order. Here's a NEWS.COM note.
