rob ART morgan ran the tests on the game Quake and posted the results on Bare Feats. Generally, the answer is the new ATi Rage Orion 128 followed in order by the B&W G3 ATi Rage 128, Voodoo2, Voodoo1 and ATi Rage Pro. However, he [and I] likes the graphics produced by the 3Dfx Voodoo cards.
