OpenGL and ATi XClaim VR 128 Graphics Cards

For readers just getting an ATi XClaim VR 128 graphics card, there is a note included stating that it needs OpenGL v1.1 or greater to run OpenGL applications. Mac OS 9 ships with OpenGL 1.1.1 but Apple hasn't yet posted the new drivers separately.
