Phil Schiller Gives "Kick-Off" Keynote At QuickTime Live!

according to this Apple press release. Phil is Apple's VP for Worldwide Product Marketing and Demomaster Extraordinaire as shown by his 50-foot leap with an iBook in hand at Macworld Expo NYC '99. QuickTime Live!, which takes place November 8-11 at the Los Angeles Convention Center, will also feature keynotes by Dirck Halstead, editor of The Digital Journalist and a former photojournalist for Time and Life magazines, and Michael Backes, the "Titanic" special effects guru and AppleMaster, on November 10 and 11, respectively. The kick-off keynote will be webcast live via QuickTime 4. Viewers simply need to download a copy of QuickTime 4 from www.apple.com/quicktime and then go to www.apple.com/quicktime/showcase/live to view.
