Review: XLR8's CarrierZIF

on Accelerate Your Mac! From Mike Breeden, "I've posted a detailed review of the innovative XLR8 carrierZIF card - the Upgradeable Upgrade. From what I've seen in extensive tests in 3 Macs here it's the best CPU slot upgrade I've seen. There have been some PTP problems noted by readers, but it ran 50MHz bus in my PTP180 with the L2 cache removed. As noted in the review it ran faster bus speeds in my other Macs.
