E3 Expo 2000 Started Yesterday

The big electronic game conference is being held May 11-13 in the Los Angeles Convention Center. Apple is listed as an exhibitor. E3's web site is pretty wild. Check it out. Allgames.com has a virtual tour of the exhibition floors--I couldn't find Apple's booth, however--and RealPlayer video clips. The virtual tour is in javascript so I found a weakness in Internet Explorer 5--use Netscape. The big news is the introduction of Sony's PlayStation 2. Despite the new machine's arrival this fall, Sony will produce 170 games this year for the current machine, most if not all should play on Connectix's Virtual Game Station on your Mac.
