Fire Sprinklers Doused Apple Expo 2000

in Paris' Porte de Versailles Hall according to a tip we received late yesterday afternoon and we attempted to contact Apple's public relations staff for comment. However, before we could confirm it, the report was carried at least on MacCentral. CNet and MacNN and appears to be true. Many booths, including Apple's, are reported to have been drenched. The Expo starts this morning with iCEO Steve Jobs' keynote address at 10 am local time (4 am ET). We will provide an update on Jobs' keynote when the details become available.
