Follow Up 2 --MAXpowr v 2.0.4 Driver and Mac OS 9.0.4

I had a little time and was feeling intrepid so I reinstalled Mac OS 9 and then 9.0.4 on my 7100/G3 to test the readers' workarounds posted on yesterday's Macs Only! They worked. MAXpowr 2.0.4 loaded and worked fine with both Mac OS 9 and 9.0.4 but IF AND ONLY IF I did a cold boot (start up) every time after I did anything with the system folder, i.e. disabling or enabling extentions or installing software that modified the contents of the system folder. If I tried a warm boot (restart) after doing anything with the system folder a freeze occurred as the MAXpowr extension began to load. After the first cold boot, then I could do any number of warm boots (restarts) until I again modified the system folder in any way--this required a cold boot. While still a pain, the cold boot workaround is not too onerous. Fortunately, I did not have to start up off a different system folder.
