Also I have been having a problem to get the download to work, after several replies from amazon, I managed to track down the problem as to why Download the E- book Now link was not active. First all cookies must be enabled, second, if anyone use the control panel Web-Free, All the settings must be deactivated...blinking text, suppress web cookies, stop gif animations and block the following tags. If any of these are active the link to download the e-book remains inactive (is Not underlined)."
