TIME Columnist Loves Aqua and Disses Windows Millenium

Josh Quittner, TIME technology columnist, has been testing a beta of Windows 2000 on several computers and got a chance to look at and try out Mac OS X with its Aqua interface. He gushes over Aqua, favors it and debunks several claims about a Windows 98 look-alike Windows 2000. Of course, his support for Aqua is contingent on Apple actually delivering on it's promises.
