Adobe Premiere v6.0.1 Update

is available for download. The Premiere 6.0.1 update provides fixes to known issues in Premiere 6.0.

    Summary of changes:

    - Performance improvements for better three-point editing.
    - Performance improvements to the initial launch of the program when using a real-time board with hardware filter effects.
    - Video preview files are now preserved when toggling audio tracks on and off.
    - Equal signs ("=") can now be used in a URL in marker text without problems. Previously, any text after the "=" was lost.
    - 14.985 clips can be handled in Premiere.
    - Pixel aspects are correctly stored in QuickTime files.
    - The timecode offset field works for RS232/422 device control.
    - Drop-replacing transitions on the timeline now correctly sets the direction. Previously the direction would reset to the default.
    - Custom workspaces can be saved properly on Japanese operating systems.
    - Corrects problem for Matrox RTMac. Previously users of this system could not open record settings on the initial attempt.
    - Corrects sync problems for users of Pinnacle CineWave and Aurora Igniter, especially when crossing black (no video) sections of the timeline.

It is not yet Mac OS X native.
