Apple Boutiques are Not Uncertain

according to a reader, "Today's [yesterday's] Macs Only! story about the possibility of Apple opening its own stores implied that there might still be an element of uncertainty. But it's a pretty solid plan. At last month's meeting of the Washington Apple Pi, there was an Apple representative present looking to recruit people to work as teacher-demonstrators in the Washington-area store. I picked up his card; since he was looking for part- as well as full-time staff, I thought my son in high school might be able to land a job. The representative described the new location as 'within 10 minutes' of where the meeting was being held, at Northern Virginia Community College [in Fairfax, VA]." So, add another "city" to the Palo Alto, Chicago, New York and Denver list!
