CarbonLib 1.3.1 Conflicts with AppleScript Editor

according to this Apple TIL. Two workarounds are suggested including reverting to CarbonLib 1.2.5. So far we have no problem with CL 1.3.1. The repeating key problem in Mac OS X's Classic mode has yet to recur since we installed v1.3.1 and Mac OS X 10.0.3 but it's been too short a time to declare that extremely annoying bug fixed.
