which means that unless Microsoft appeals this decision, if it can, then the penalty rehearing for the convicted illegal monopolist can start soon in spite of M$'s pending appeal of its conviction before the Supreme Court. The District Court decided that M$ failed to show any significant harm by moving ahead. Here is the court order.
