[Update: Maybe none since Apple did not post the stores' hours Friday night.] As we noted last weekend, Apple may open a new store Saturday at Valley Fair in Santa Clara, CA. Apparently, Apple may also open new stores at The Falls mall in Miami, FL, Fashion Valley mall in San Diego, CA, and Walden Galleria in Buffalo, NY.
