From the Dark Side--M$ Witnesses Perjured Themselves?

Remember that during the trial that Microsoft maintained that Internet Explorer could not be removed from Windows without fatally damaging Windows? Now M$ claims that it will now be a good guy and provide a fix to remove Internet Explorer from older versions of Windows than the upcoming Windows XP?
