Macworld Opens Today with Apple CEO Steve Jobs' Keynote

at 9 am ET in New York City's Javits Convention Center. The keynote will be web cast and broadcast via satellite. It can also be seen at any Apple Market Center (reservations required) or Apple Store (Tysons Corner, VA, and Glendale, CA). It is also being shown on TechTV according to Danny Lewis, "Here's the url. Now anyone with digital satellite (Dish channel 191 or DirectTV channel 354 (I think)) or a nice cable package will be able to watch the keynote on TV!!

Today is our editor in chief's birthday and he will attend the keynote. Check back after noon for our update to see what presents Steve Jobs offered to him and the rest of us in Macdom.
