, an update to Microsoft's free email application for the Classic Mac OS, is available for download. We used Outlook Express before switching to OS X Mail. It works fine in Classic Mode of OS X.

What's new according to Version Tracker:

    "- send and receive messages from an MSN mail account. Outlook Express 5.0.3 is needed to do so
    - use a complete e-mail address as an account ID for connecting to an SMTP server that requires authentication
    - use the Junk Mail Filter to process messages that have been identified as spam by the MSN Inbox Guardian
    - provides better performance"
