WarBirds III Open Beta is Out

and available for download. This release is not fully featured but has some heavy duty hardware requirements like a 300 MHz or more G3 CPU, 256 MB of RAM and at least an ATI Rage 128 graphics card. Throttle and rudder pedals are recommended in addition to a joystick. It's a 72MB set of three files. Unfortunately, we could not get WB3 to work on our Power Mac G4 533DP with a GeForce2 MX graphics card--the dialog boxes were empty.
