for older PCI Macs without a processor ZIF slot according to XLR8. The XLR8 MACh Carrier G4 MPe will utilize the current range of MACh Speed G4 MPe ZIFs and will only work in dual mode with the XLR8 G4 MP3 ZIF processors. A dual 450 MHz model runs $1219. XLR8 has a trade up program for G3 CPUs.
