M$ May Get Comeuppance on Windows Trademark Lawsuit
Microsoft sued Lindows.com for trademark infringement but the judge may not buy it. According to this ZDNet article, the judge not only refused to shut down the web site but quipped that M$ took a big risk when it named its operating system after a commonly-used GUI element name. [Dana Baggett]
