Steve Jobs' Macworld Keynote to be Webcast, Satellite Broacast and on TechTV

According to Apple, "Apple will provide live streaming of the Macworld Expo keynote utilizing QuickTime®, Apple’s standards-based technology for live and on-demand audio and video streaming. The live webcast will take place at 9:00 a.m. EDT on Wednesday, July 17." The satellite coordinates are in this Apple press release. It is also likely to be available for viewing at Apple Stores and Apple Market Centers, though we've seen no announcement so far.

The press release also mentions that "Apple will open its first flagship (emphasis added) retail store in the U.S. at the corner of Prince and Greene Streets in New York City on Thursday, July 18 at 8:00 a.m. EDT." We wonder how a "flagship" store will differ from the other Apple Stores.

Brian Nakamoto sent in this TechTV audience feedback note, "I am told the keynote will be in it's entirety, but I cannot promise it will be totally uninterrupted. I also do not have the schedule as yet. I hear whispers of Brent Larson again, and he did a fine job for you last time."
