From Dana baggett, "My Retrospect User's Guide and Mac OS X bootable disaster CD arrived today via UPS! The tracking number indicates it was shipped from Fremont, CA. the same day it was ordered--July 16."

"The physical product costs $59.95 for the software upgrade (including an immediate download link), $19.95 for the Media Kit (CD + Guidebook) + $8.95 UPS Ground shipping = $88.85 total. BTW. The download is 21,334 KB so it is not trivial."
