Some Salient Software Updates for Weekend Downloading
Tri-Backup 4.0.1 - [Joe Sacco] We use Tri-Backup for our daily and weekly backups. The new items are:
- Completely rewritten and updated User Guide.
- Added an assistant to help create actions.
- Added an option in each action to eject volumes after the action has completed.
- Added an option to cancel ejecting of volumes.
- Changed the filter that passes only certain folders and their contents.
- Added filter to exclude empty folders.
- Added labels filter.
- Added an icon in the Programmed Actions list that denotes cancelled actions.
- The main window is now resizable.
- The pending Actions window is now resizable.
- Added an Unprotect mode in both Immediate and Programmed compression actions that only serves to remove previously applied password protection.
- Added a new option to modify dates, in the Modify Properties action (under Tools).
- Added an option allowing the choice of either copying or moving files in the Partition and Regroup actions.
