Apple's PowerSchool Application Making Grades Available Online

Apple's PowerSchool is the top of the line in education software. One of the key features allows parents to see their children's grades on the internet to keep up on their scholastic progress without having to rely on paper report cards brought home. But there are drawbacks to progress in using the new software according to this AP article. Some teachers still want to grade manually and distrust software, some teachers want more flexibility to grade partly subjectively for intangibles not covered by tests and some don't want to be exposed to nagging or lobbying by parents.
