Last Wednesday Apple put a bullet in its best-selling iPod, the iPod mini, by announcing its replacement, the iPod nano. According to Time Online, a decision to replace the iPod mini with something better came nine months ago. Despite the iPod mini being Apple's best seller, the team of engineers and executives at Apple thought they could make it much better.
