Apple Pro Tip of the Week--Need a Special Character While Typing in Mail?

If you need a special character while typing in Mac OS X Mail, just open the Fonts dialog box, click the "Gear" button on the bottom left of the Fonts dialog box and select "Characters" to open the Character Palette.
