While both companies feature an "Apple" in their logos, they are quite different, as we have noted previously.

This makes us wonder why the Beatles' company has continued to waste court time and money over the issue. Perhaps, it is because the last time Apple computer gave the Beatles $26 million in cash to settle the issue. It makes more sense to us for them to simply make their songs available on the iTunes Music Store.
