MacFixIt (8/18) noted that PowerComputing has determined the source of the problem with the blinking ? (I called it the IDE HD Access Issue) after a warm restart on PowerBase computers. Those with the problem should call PCC's Technical Support (1-800-708-6227) for a fix. I did and they did. I continue to be impressed with PCC's support, although the current license-issue induced hard times have vastly lengthened the response time. I was on hold (but on an 800 number!) for 15-20 minutes rather than the recent usual of 2-3.
