MacInsider 9/18 reports that Apple's retailing efforts may be restructured along the lines that I have long advocated on my The Good Fight page, i.e. dump most of the large computer and electronics super stores in favor of enlarged and supported Apple stores in key volume markets. Apple is reported to have surveyed the major retailers and found exactly those deplorable conditions that I (and MANY others) have reported for the last couple of years. Hey, Steve! Put me on the CEO short list.
