PowerLogix PowerForce G3 250 in a PowerBase 180!

Over the weekend Macs Only! completed its initial review of this incredible CPU daughtercard installed in Macs Only!'s workhorse PowerComputing PowerBase 180. This update provides installation and setup notes as well as some application usage benchmarks. Can you believe MacBench 4.0 scores of 1,061 (CPU) and 921 (FPU) in the low-end of the low-end PCI PowerMacs which scored only 316 (CPU) with its 180 MHz 603e CPU and 512K of L2 cache?
