ScrollMagick v1.0.1 Update

ScrollMagick v1.0.1 Update Reader Jim Stoneburner provided a link to Apple's free but unsupported Scrolling v7.01, a control panel used to control scrolling speed which may be used in lieu of the $5 Pretty Scroll. Jim also noted a conflict with TSM Fix 1.03 which causes a flickering scroll bar. This problem is fixed if TSM Fix 1.03 loads before ScrollMagick (add a space to the front TSM Fix's name or a ~ to ScrollMagick's).
