What a difference a day makes!
Wednesday, the web chatter said that Steve Jobs will become the next Apple Chair of the Board. So Steve Jobs "reportedly" (hey, it could be a fake) wrote a memo to his Pixar company employees denying the rumor. Glad I wasn't sucked into...er...well...hmmm...I think he will still give the keynote address at Macworld Expo in Boston next week but I certainly won't bet on it! :-)
Update: Back and forth it goes. This morning Yahoo says that Larry Ellison says from Paris that he is joining Apple's Board WITH Steve Jobs! [Thanks, Michael Rutt] Now, if they can just lure Joel Kocher from PowerComputing (this represents a real dilemma for me because I've come to love PowerC's computers, culture and support), Apple would have a pretty wild and exciting team.
