PowerLogix G3 275 in a PowerBase

"Hi Bill,

Well, I finally caved into the pressure of the lower prices from Bottom Line on the PowerLogix PowerForce G3 275/275/1 MB card to upgrade my PowerBase. I am not sorry I did! Your review of the 250 MHz card was helpful in getting me "up to speed" in no time. I am reliably running this card at 310 MHz, with a 41.33 MHz system bus, cache at 1:1. The MacBench processor score on this system was 1150! Unbelievable! Virtual PC runs faster than my mom's Pentium 60 now. Anyway, I'm very satisfied with the purchase, and although it was $1276, I still think it was a good deal.

Best regards,

Jim Matt (Bolo)"

[Fortunately, all PowerLogix PowerForce G3 cards, from the low end 233 MHz model to the 300 MHz top of the line, are compatible with PowerComputing's PowerBase computers. -- Bill]
