is not completely asleep at the speed switch. According to NEWS.COM, Intel is now shipping a 400 MHz Pentium II CPU with a 450 MHz version due out this summer. Proportionately, this would put Intel at somewhere around two-thirds of the speed of currently shipping PowerMac G3's this summer rather than at one-half.
