Update -- PowerLogix G3 Lawsuit Against Total Impact

From Mactell VP Pat Berry, here's the "Mactell Corporation Official response:

We are currently not in any lawsuit nor are we enjoined in any lawsuit with PowerLogix. As before we are conducting business as usual and shipping our Full line of PowerJolt G3 upgrades. In fact if customer places an order today and says "I've got the Power" will get an additional $100 instant rebate off of any existing PowerJolt Special."

Acccording to Robert Jagitsch, PowerLogix President, the suit moved from Texas State Court to Federal Court. Still no response from Total Impact to several requests for comment.
