Cool QuickTime 4.0 Updater Feature

From Lon Hutchison, "Here's a bit of info, something interesting happened just now when I launched my new copy of POV-Ray 3.1g... QuickTime installer jumped up instantly and informed me that I was missing some needed files (presumably for POV-Ray, it must've called for QT files I don't have) and that I could obtain those files immediately as I was online. Other options were available such as 'cancel' and 'don't remind me again today'.... I had only downloaded the 'basic' QT4 final package and some 'authoring' files were needed by POV-Ray, so I allowed QT4 installer to go ahead and fetch the files and it did so flawlessly and within 10 minutes time. I did close all open app's first and allowed the QT4 installer to do its thing unhampered by any possible modal dialogs. I love this new downloading scheme for QT4!!" [Me, too! -- Bill]
