NewerTech just released a new G3 upgrade card for the PowerBook 2400c in Japan. The report is carried on Yuji Tai's web site called Japan Apple Watch. The bad news is its cost. The NUpowr 400 sells for 148,000 JPY or about $1,300 (@ 114 JPY/$). There's no word yet on whether NewerTech will release this card in the US.
