Racer Sound Issue

I mentioned yesterday that the sound from my copy of Star Wars Episode 1--Racer game demo installed on a B&W G3 was almost non-existent. The B&W G3 had the new Mac OS 9 Audio Update installed. I received many reader replies and not one had a sound problem. So I installed Racer on another "Mac" (PowerBase) and its sound is fine. Maybe it is the new Audio Update. Anybody who has installed the new Audio Update and Racer, please let me know how it works.
