If the "problem" is real it may be heat related and may be a reason for the apparent rarity of the tangerine models so far. Others claim that their tangerine iBook came that way and it is part of the design...hmmmmm.... I wouldn't have picked that as a design feature. On the other hand, it certainly wouldn't stop me from buying one either.
