Follow Up--Adobe Quickly Makes Good on License Records

Last weekend we reported that the license records at Adobe for a reader's company were in significant disarray when he checked. We are pleased to report that the mess has been quickly rectified by Adobe. What a breath of fresh air!

From Mike Swope, "I wanted to send an update about the Adobe licensing errors and issues I reported to you over the weekend. It all came to an abrupt closure on Monday as Adobe finally looked into the situation closely. In looking at the records of my company's serial #s registered to another party (all to the same party which is what was suspicious in the first place), they discovered that all calls regarding those licenses have come from Koch Industries. None have come from the other party. They are looking into this further regarding the other party. However, all our licensing issues have now been resolved. All serial #s for which we have ownership have been properly transferred to our company's record. I wish to thank you for posting news that affects the Mac community when it is clearly newsworthy."
