Netscape Communicator v4.73 128-bit Download Difficulty is Baaack!

John Grubb wrote that he could download the 56-bit but not the 128-bit version from home but he was successful in downloading the 128-bit version from work. I was unable to download the 128-bit version from any of five Macs hooked up to my cable modem while using Netscape 4.72, the 128-bit version. The download sequence went directly from clicking on the license acceptance to the "Thank you" page without the download starting. However, I had no difficulty downloading Netscape while using Internet Explorer 5.0! Ironic? Well, Macs Only! noted this same issue with Communicator 4.72 on February 24th. The workaround suggested back then was to delete the current Netscape's preference file.
