ScanWizard 5 and Microtek Scanner Problem Continues

for reader Neal Emerald despite finally getting a replacement CD and tech support suggestions. It appears that the ScanWizard 5 plugin doesn't work with Mac OS 9.0.4 that he is using but Microtek's support wizards can tell him why or even if it will work on a different OS version.
