Sonnet Tempo Ultra ATA66 Adapter Firmware Updater
Since Acard has come out with a firmware updater to v3.0.7, I asked Sonnet if they would be updating the Tempo's firmware since the Tempo is a rebranded Acard. The response:
"Yes, there is a way to flash update the firmware. We'll either post the updater to our website or post a link where you can get it. Check our tech support section. I think they were updating it this week."
That's a little short of suggesting using the Acard firmware updater so I'll wait. Maybe it will fix the inability of my PowerMac G4 (S) to go into deep sleep with the Tempo installed.
