Brief Hands-On Report--Microsoft Office 2004 Update 11.3.7

Microsoft released Update 11.3.7 for Office 2004 for Mac. It is available via Microsoft AutoUpdate or as a stand-alone file download from this Microsoft Web page. According to Microsoft,

Version 11.3.7 fixes a vulnerability that an attacker can use to overwrite the contents of your computer's memory with malicious code.

We downloaded and installed the update via Microsoft AutoUpdate without any problems. In brief use of all Office 2004 apps, except Entourage, we encountered no difficulties. [Bill Fox]
