--SirCam Worm/Trojan Horse: We've received about a dozen emails with attachments that are the SirCam worm/trojan horse. Here is News.Com's FAQ. These email messages have come from all over the world. The all have different originating email addresses, subject lines and attachment names but they all say the same thing in the body of the message: "Hi! How are you?" and "See you later. Thanks" are the opening and closing statements. The middle text has been variously worded but all basically asking for advice on the attachment. We are not certain whether SirCam can affect Macs but it appears to affect only Windows machines.
