Charismac to Release Discribe for OS X at Macworld San Francisco Expo, Lowers Retail Price

Charismac Engineering will release Discribe v5.0 at next month's Macworld Expo held in San Francisco from January 7-11, 2002. Discribe v5.0 will include a host of new features including DVD mastering support as well as full native  Macintosh OS X support. Charismac will lower the suggested retail price (SRP) of the new version from $99.95 to $69.95. Discribe, an industry proven, universal CD mastering utility for the Macintosh, boasts support for over 250 CD-R, CD-RW,  DVD-R, DVD-RW and DVD+RW mechanisms and supports the creation of CDs in most all popular formats including: CD Extra, Hybrid, ISO-9660 and both track-at-once and disc-at-once audio. Discribe supports ATAPI, SCSI, Firewire (1394) and USB recorders.
